We reserve the right to change the website at any given time. Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery cost.

We cannot post out items with sale prices.

We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. We will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. We use a PCI DSS certified third party to provide secure payment services. We do not directly store, process or transmit any of your payment card data.

ORDERS & DELIVERY

1ST CLASS
For orders sent to any address in mainland UK (Mon - Fri) we will require payment in full plus Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked
charges. Delivery in 1-2 working days

2ND CLASS
For orders sent to any address in mainland UK (Mon - Fri) we will require payment in full plus Royal Mail 2nd Class
Tracked charges. Delivery in 2-3 working days

For orders sent from our Dundee shop to our March and/or Stamford shops for collection and vice versa, we require 30% deposit plus £3.95 postage. Postal charges from Stamford to March and vice versa are not applicable.

RETURNS
​
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase in-store from Level 7, we can offer an exchange or credit note on any full priced unused item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition, within 5 working days of purchase together with the original purchase receipt and garment tickets attached as when purchased.

If any online/postal order item is faulty, please advise by email within 14 days. We will be happy to provide a replacement or refund upon presentation of the original purchase receipt and garment tickets.

We recommend you obtain proof of posting for any returned items. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
